Which materials can the X7 print?
PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, ASA, PA (nylon) and carbon-fibre blends. The heated chamber and 350 °C hotend cover engineering filaments without an enclosure upgrade.
Do I need to assemble the printer?
No. All models ship pre-assembled and pre-calibrated. Unbox, level check, print — typical setup is under 20 minutes.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock printers dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery is 2–5 business days in the EU/US and 5–10 days elsewhere. Tracking is provided for every order.
What is the warranty and return policy?
Two-year warranty on the printer and 24 months of spare-part availability. You may return any printer within 30 days in original condition for a full refund.
Is slicer support included?
Yes. Verified profiles ship inside PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer and Cura. Firmware is open-source and updates install over Wi-Fi.
Can I buy spare parts and nozzles?
Every wear part — nozzles, belts, PTFE tubes, build plates — is available in the store and documented with replacement guides.
